Garantie de remboursement d’acompte

Garantie de parfait achèvement
-It insures the perfect achievement of the villa during the year following completion.

Garantie de bon fonctionnement
-It insures the well-working quality of the villa’s equipment for two years.

Assurance décennale SMABTP (ten years civil liability)
-It insures the solidness of structure and the main body of the construction for ten years.

Assurance Responsabilité Civile SMABTP
-It covers the liability of the personnel, and materials during the full construction.

Assurance dommage ouvrage
-It gives you the guarantee that the works to repair an eventual structural damage claim are paid for entirely before the ownership of responsibility regarding any such damage is ascertained during the ten years.
